II. EASY CASH SALE

Reservation                      5% of Selling Price (not refundable)

Downpayment                  30% of Selling Price payable within 30 days

                                       from the date of reservation application

3% discount     On downpayment if paid within 7 days from

                       date of reservation application

Balance                            70% payable 3 equal monthly installments

                                       from date the down payment is fully paid

                                       but which shall start not later than 30 days

III. INSTALLMENT SALE:

Reservation                      5% of Selling Price (non refundable)

Downpayment                  30% of Selling Price payable at 3 equal

                                       monthly installments at 2% interest from

                                       date of reservation application

Balance                            70% over 24 months at 11% interest annum

                                       to commence within 30 days from the time 

                                       the downpayment is fully paid.

IV: BANK FINANCING
