• 20% Down Payment payable within 6 months (6 monthly installment covered by post dated checks)
• 80% balance payable as follows:
• within 2 years in 24 equal monthly installments at zero interest covered by post dated checks.
• within 5 years to 10 years at 18% interest per annum -First year zero interest

2. Discounts:

Cash Sale:

• 15% Discount on the Total Contract Price if paid within 7 days
• 10% Discount on the Total Contract Price if paid within 30 days
•  7% Discount on the Total Contract Price if paid within 60 days
•  5% Discount on the Total Contract Price if paid within 90 days

Deferred Cash & Installment Sale:

• 20% Discount on the down payment if paid within 7 days
• 10% Discount on the down payment if paid within 30 days
• 7% Discount on the down payment if paid within 60 days
