PAYMENT TERMS:
- Reservation fee of Php 30,000.00 is non-refundable & non-transferable (Please take note that the prices above are only for Phases 2 and 3. For Phases 1 and 4, reservation fee is Php 50,000 with another set of prices.)
- Full payment of Total Contract Price within 30 days merits a 5% discount
- A 2.5% discount on 30% Downpayment can be availed if paid within thirty (30) days
- The 30% downpayment can be paid through Easy Equity Payment Plan.
(For Pag-ibig & Bank Financing) - The 70% balance can be paid through bank, HDMF/Pag-ibig, provident and in-house financing
- All checks should be made payable to Commonwealth Estate Inc.
